Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in operating and maintaining equipment in a GMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment essential for the production of biopharmaceuticals and biotechnology products.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and maintain efficiency.
• Document all activities accurately and maintain electronic records.
• Promote safety, health, and environmental best practices.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
• Relevant educational background in bioprocessing or biotechnology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in operating bioprocessing equipment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a GMP environment.
• Positive team player with a clear understanding of safety protocols.
