Responsibilities

• Operate bottling and canning equipment to package beverages efficiently.

• Ensure the production process complies with procedures, safety regulations, and cGMP standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage raw materials for the packaging process.

• Maintain accurate records, both written and electronic, of production activities.

• Safeguard the operation of production equipment in adherence to safety, operational, and quality procedures.

• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor performance and critical parameters, taking necessary action when required.

• Collaborate in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.

• Strictly adhere to safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.

• A background in beverage packaging or related manufacturing.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills with a positive response to training.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards in a team environment.

• A clear understanding of health and safety protocols.

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
