Summary of the Production Operator Role

Ecosse Pharmaceuticals Ltd, headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical ingredients and food and beverage additives across the UK and Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the safe and quality-compliant production of food and beverage additives within a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery and equipment in food and beverage production processes.
• Carrying out assigned SAP transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Managing raw materials and intermediates required for the production, including inventory checks.
• Accurately recording and checking data, both written and electronic.
• Managing production equipment in accordance with safety, operational, and quality procedures.
• Complying with all safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.

A positive approach to learning and a willingness to improve your skills through training.

A commitment to maintaining high standards.

Clear understanding of health and safety.

Team player with excellent communication skills.
